Develop a brand activation for the Nissan Juke that builds Nissan Juke social media pages and introduces ‘Innovation that excites’ to guests attending the 5FM Music Festival over the annual Billabong Surf Contest held in Jeffrey’s Bay.
Simulate just how exciting innovation can be. Four 220km/h leaf blowers mounted onto a custom frame exert 800km/h winds that not only blow participants’ hair back but also reward them with a memorable experience in the form of a photograph that is instantly shared with Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
Once the images were uploaded to social media pages, the experience went viral reaching over 650 000 people online in only 3 days. A new Nissan Facebook page was created and generated 2000 Facebook likes in one month – to date that number is well over 200 000.
The Nissan Juke Fury still travels to Nissan dealers all over South Africa, simulating just how exciting Nissan innovation can be.
